As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of Canada Motors & Trucks, helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering a seamless and professional buying experience.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and purchase decisions

Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to delivery

Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business

Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Maintain a strong pipeline through follow-up, prospecting, and lead management

Requirements

Automotive sales experience preferred, but high-performing individuals from other sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
