Sales Associate (Go Auto Outlet West — Edmonton, AB)

Go Auto Outlet West is growing, and we’re hiring Sales Associates to join our Edmonton team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with people, enjoys a fast‑paced environment, and wants to build a long‑term career in automotive sales.
Automotive experience is an asset, but it is not required. If you bring the right attitude, work ethic, and customer‑first mindset, we’ll help you learn the business.

What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and help them find the right vehicle.
Build relationships and create a great buying experience.
Learn vehicle features, inventory, and sales processes.
Follow up with customers and manage leads.
Work toward sales goals and performance targets.
What You Bring
Valid driver’s license required.
Strong communication and people skills.
Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
Customer‑first mindset.
Sales drive and motivation to succeed.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Comfort working in a performance‑based sales environment.
Availability to work dealership retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
Previous automotive, retail, hospitality, telecom, or commission sales experience is an asset.
Schedule
Monday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Days off to be determined.
