Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales role located in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area, focused on medium‑sized commercial trucks. The sales professional will greet and consult with customers, assess their business needs, and recommend suitable truck options and financing solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, following up with prospects, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

The role also involves coordinating test drives, collaborating with the service and finance teams, and ensuring a positive, informed purchasing experience. In addition, the sales professional will participate in ongoing product and sales training to stay current on inventory, industry trends, and manufacturer programs.

Qualifications

Strong Sales and Sales Prospecting skills, including lead generation, qualification, and closing.

Ability to deliver clear, compelling Sales Presentations tailored to commercial customers’ operational needs.

Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long‑term relationships and managing multiple accounts.

Experience providing or receiving Training related to sales processes, product knowledge, or customer interaction techniques.

Previous experience in vehicle, equipment, or B2B sales is an asset, especially in commercial trucks or transportation.

Comfort using CRM systems and basic office software to track prospects, deals, and follow‑ups.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Valid driver’s license in good standing and ability to conduct on‑site truck demonstrations and test drives.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
