We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to expand our business in the Edmonton area. This role emphasizes developing new accounts via networking, cold calling, and referrals. You will coordinate sales support for current accounts and keep the team updated on orders and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new accounts through networking and prospecting
• Provide sales support to existing clients and acquire new orders
• Communicate order statuses and customer concerns daily
• Follow up on leads and application opportunities proactively
• Conduct outgoing sales calls to boost engagement
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with proven success
• Inside sales experience in plastics or industrial sales preferred
• Strong mathematical skills
• Outstanding customer orientation
• Positive attitude and teamwork capability
