In this pivotal role, you will guide homeowners through their possession processes and lead pre-possession orientations. Your ability to listen actively and address concerns will foster a supportive environment, while your expertise will help create educational materials for homeowners regarding their property systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tackle homeowner experience challenges with top-tier service
• Lead comprehensive orientations and accurately document insights
• Manage possession appointments and keep organized records
• Ensure homeowners are satisfied with completed upgrades
• Create and refresh maintenance resources and documentation
Requirements:
• 3+ years' experience in home sales, construction, or inspections
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Successful criminal record check
