Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients
• Schedule First Time Appointments for the sales team
• Achieve weekly KPIs, including dials and appointments
• Collect and analyze data on customer needs
• Keep accurate call records and update the database
Requirements:
• Prior experience in Inside Sales is an asset
• Proficiency in cold calling
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Results-oriented and organized approach
• IT knowledge is beneficial
