New Home Area Sales Manager

Blackstone Homes Ltd. is award winning semi-custom home builder with 6 show homes in Edmonton. We are looking for an experienced New Home Area Sales Manager for one of our show home.

• Management of all sales of homes and their paperwork
• Setting monthly goals for the sales of homes and tracking the results
• Comparative Analysis of other competitive home builders in the area
• Weekly sales meetings to review warm, and hot leads
• Educate and inspire potential clients on the Blackstone Homes difference and maintain client relationship
• Responsible for completion of daily traffic reports including traffic counts, prospects and follow up
• Creating sales action plans to sell existing spec inventory of homes
• Regular marketing of homes through social media, advertisement and contacts with area Realtors.
• Open and close Show home on business hours and upkeep the show home.

• Education and related experience in the new home sales is a must
• A proven track record of new home sale successes, minimum 5 years
• Individuals considered must be highly organized and detail orientated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A proven ability to manage different clientele with different needs

Competative commission structure

• Monday to Thursday - 3 pm to 8 pm
• Saturday, Sunday & Holidays - 12 noon to 5 pm
