We are looking for a Junior Sales Associate to support the Alberta House Building community. This role involves collaboration with the Area Sales Manager to uphold the sales process and deliver exceptional customer service. You will also facilitate contract management, ensuring compliance and clarity while engaging with realtors and homeowners throughout the buying journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the sales process and documentation

• Update and maintain purchaser information accurately

• Liaise with internal teams for effective customer experience

• Attend appointments and oversee project closings

• Communicate updates to buyers and realtors

Requirements:

• Familiarity with CMS and New Star is an asset

• Strong grasp of local market and competition

• Rolodex of supportive realtors is a plus

• Superior interpersonal skills

• Licensed realtor must hang their license
