Branch Manager

Position: Branch Manager Role
Elevate Medline Canada’s presence as Branch Manager in Edmonton, Alberta. This hybrid role focuses on driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and managing a dedicated team for operational success.
You will report directly to the Vice-President of Sales, leading sales representatives and customer service teams to meet strategic objectives.

Your role entails implementing sales plans, managing market activities, and ensuring high-quality customer experience at the branch. Leadership in recruitment and staff development is key to fostering team collaboration and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and market initiatives effectively

• Coach staff through challenging customer situations

• Develop and maintain key industry partnerships

• Manage financial performance and review expenses

• Ensure compliance with industry rules and regulations
Requirements:

• 7+ years in related fields, with 5 in leadership

• Proven track record in sales and team management

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
