Drive grocery innovation at Instacart as a Sales Development Representative. Connect with local retailers and create partnerships that enhance their online presence and reach.
As part of the Local Independent Grocery team, you’ll identify, contact, and qualify independent retailers for Instacart’s services. This role requires proven sales skills and a passion for supporting small businesses. You will manage leads and build meaningful connections through effective communications and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and prospect independent retailers for partnership
• Oversee the complete small business sales cycle
• Establish new relationships through cold outreach
• Create compelling sales presentations and collateral
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales objectives
Requirements:
• Background in sales or business development
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
