Business Development Lead

Our client is seeking a Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth through structured sales leadership, strategic execution, and team accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales team, driving performance, accountability, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a structured operating cadence including one‑on‑one meetings, team reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Translate business growth targets into transparent sales priorities and execute consistently against them.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, including accurate tracking of prospects and opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth across existing accounts while expanding into new markets.
  • Balance direct selling responsibilities with leadership activities to support overall team success.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to align sales initiatives with operational capacity and strategy.
  • Develop and execute sales training initiatives to enhance team capability and performance.
  • Build product, market, and process knowledge across the sales team.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide accurate, timely reporting to support decision‑making.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Proven leadership experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to manage and develop high‑performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and market expansion.
