- Meet established sales targets and goals
- Attend regular sales meetings for best practices
- Utilize Lasso CRM to manage customer opportunities
- High school diploma or GED needed
- Minimum of one year direct sales experience
- Preferably experienced in recent home sales
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary
