In this full-time role with immediate hire, you will be instrumental in increasing the parts department's revenue. Your background in automotive parts, coupled with strong customer service skills, will ensure that clients receive accurate information and competitive pricing. You will maintain relationships while providing timely deliveries, impacting client loyalty and business efficiency directly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage parts sales to repair shops, dealerships, and body shops
• Provide accurate parts information and competitive pricing
• Foster strong client relationships for business growth
• Assist in the organization and daily operations of the parts department
• Help improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Experience in automotive parts within a dealership
• Previous customer service experience is an asset
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of automotive products and services
• Familiarity with CDK is a plus
