At Durabuilt, you will be the face of our brand, conducting in-home consultations with customers, assessing their needs, and delivering tailored window and door solutions. The position demands a self-managed individual with a strong sales record who is comfortable with CRM tools and product knowledge, as you will manage the entire sales cycle from appointment to agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-home consultations across Edmonton region
• Assess needs and recommend tailored window and door solutions
• Manage the entire sales cycle with value-based closure
• Maintain pipeline using CRM tools for follow-up
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
• 2+ years in outside or in-home sales experience
• Proven ability to close deals in multi-step environments
• Strong product knowledge and communication skills
• Self-driven with a performance-based mindset
• Valid driver’s license for company vehicle
