Key Responsibilities:
• Manage two sales teams focused on ticket products
• Implement strategies to improve sales funnel efficiency
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions regularly

Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant sales experience
• 2 years of experience in a management role
• Background in sports or hospitality sales desired
• Strong team leadership capabilities
• Flexibility with work hours for events
