As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in maintaining sales and fostering positive relationships with both customers and vendors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry. You will handle inquiries effectively, ensuring timely and accurate order processing while identifying new sales opportunities in a team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safe work practices
• Assess customer needs and respond promptly
• Process and balance all sales transactions daily
• Manage inventory and assist with product ordering
• Maintain an organized showroom and answer customer inquiries
Requirements:
• GED (Grade 12) or equivalent
• One year of relevant sales experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
