In this pivotal role, you will identify customer needs, prepare quotations, and manage order processing. Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers is key to your success. You will also collaborate with internal teams for smooth order delivery and provide timely responses to inquiries, all while upholding BDI's high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support customers by identifying product needs and preparing quotations
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and pricing
• Work closely with internal teams to track delivery status
• Contribute to sales targets through effective customer communication
Requirements:
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Experience in sales and order management preferred
• Familiarity with computer systems and ERP software
• Interest in industrial components and technical aptitude advantageous
• High school diploma required; degree in business or related field desired
