As an Onboarding Coordinator, your focus will be on assisting Regional Sales Managers and Private Bankers in onboarding clients efficiently. This role requires you to review documentation, coordinate workflows, and support reporting while delivering excellent client experiences. Utilize your organizational aptitude to track progress and adhere to compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track client onboarding progress
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Support sales teams with timely and accurate onboarding
• Build relationships with Private Bankers for effective collaboration
• Assist in preparing onboarding documentation and materials
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales support
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven teamwork and collaboration capabilities
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
