Job Description
The position is an Inside Sales Representative based at the Rexel Utility
- Edmonton branch.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for completing the order process, including offering pricing terms according to established margins and sourcing additional products. The role also involves preparing small order quotes on contracting jobs, providing product knowledge to customers, and expediting orders in a quick and effective manner.
Responsibilities
Directly servicing the customer via phone and counter sales
Processing orders, inquiries, and quotations
Maintaining a high level of customer service
Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives
Picking, receiving, and shipping duties when required
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to impart knowledge
A minimum of 3-5 years of electrical experience is required
Good organizational skills
Computer literacy – proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and familiar with the AS400
