Pursue your passion as an Experienced Senior Pursuit Specialist with EXP in Western Canada. This role is pivotal in managing complex proposals and enhancing submission quality through strategic efforts.
As a key member of EXP’s Business Development team, you will oversee the complete pursuit process, working in tandem with leadership to define win strategies. This position emphasizes collaboration with technical teams and mentors junior members to ensure excellence in proposal execution across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead proposals from discovery through execution
• Coordinate pursuit planning and go/no-go strategy
• Develop engaging narratives to enhance submissions
• Facilitate proposal timelines and compliance reviews
• Support market research for business development
Requirements:
• 8–12+ years in AEC industry proposals or pursuits
• Demonstrated success in complex project management
• Expertise in creating accessible technical content
• Advanced organizational and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
