As a Sales Associate, you will participate in a two-year program starting between June and August. During this time, you will gain comprehensive training, manage accounts, and learn product offerings directly. Working closely with a mentor, you'll gain hands-on experience like providing technical support and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect new accounts within your territory
• Learn and communicate product features to users
• Demonstrate products and offer technical support
• Visit job sites to support installations
• Manage dealer and end user relationships
Requirements:
• Associate degree or equivalent is required
• 1-2 years of sales or construction experience preferred
• Valid passport for US travel
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Motivated and goal-oriented
