In this role, you’ll be the Subject Matter Expert guiding customers on welding safety solutions. With a focus on data-driven strategies and customer-centered discussions, you'll manage an assigned territory and execute business strategies for profitable growth. Your ability to build trust-based relationships with key decision-makers will be crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a welding safety Subject Matter Expert
• Manage assigned territory for strategic accounts
• Develop and implement sales growth strategies
• Lead customer discussions throughout the sales process
• Present product demonstrations and value-driven solutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Minimum three years of safety sales experience
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel overnight at least 50%
