Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative based in the Rexel Utility – Edmonton branch. The role involves completing the order process, including offering pricing terms according to established margins, sourcing additional products, preparing small order quotes for contracting jobs, providing product knowledge to customers and expediting orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

Directly service the customer via phone and counter sales

Process orders, inquiries and quotations

Maintain a high level of customer service

Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives

Perform picking, receiving and shipping duties when required

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, and an ability to impart knowledge

Minimum of 3‑5 years of electrical experience

Good organizational skills

Computer literacy – proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with AS400
