As an Account Executive at GFL Environmental, you will focus on building impactful customer relationships and growing sales in Edmonton. This full-time position requires experience in sales, ideally 2-3 years in the solid waste industry, to drive innovative solutions tailored to customer needs. You'll actively work to ensure customer satisfaction while attending business meetings and events to represent GFL.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen relationships with current and potential clients
• Discover new market opportunities for sales growth
• Offer price quotes and manage contract negotiations
• Analyze and address customer waste stream requirements
• Participate in industry events and meetings as a GFL representative
Requirements:
• Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years in a sales role, particularly in solid waste
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a valid driver's license for travel
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own territory
