In this role as District Sales Manager, you will oversee the financial performance of your designated district while leading and nurturing up to six Store Managers. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and promoting a competitive sales culture. Strong independent management and travel are necessary for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial performance across mall locations
• Implement practices to improve Customer Acquisition Cost
• Recruit and train Store Managers for optimal performance
• Spearhead ongoing sales training and development
• Ensure operational frameworks are consistently followed
Requirements:
• 7+ years in direct consumer sales management
• Experience managing large teams in a sales environment
• Proficient in training design and delivery
• Strong existing sales representative network
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
