Overview The Gear Centre has been an industry leader in the On/Off Highway Powertrain market since 1975. With locations across Canada, we continue to expand our network and customer base.

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our growing team of Outside Sales Representatives in Edmonton. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing tailored solutions that support sales growth in Northern Alberta and the BC Territory.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and customer visits
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
* Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support and follow-up
* Close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities, leads, and reporting
* Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and customer requirements
* Call primarily on medium to large fleets throughout Grande Prairie and Northern BC
* Travel within the territory as required. Approximately 25-30% travel is expected, averaging about one week per month on the road Qualifications
* Proven outside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Demonstrated success in business development and account management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
* Experience calling on large fleets is considered an asset
* Previous sales experience of 1-3 years preferred
