We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support critical industries across Canada. This role involves building strong relationships, providing product knowledge, and supporting the order process for metal products and related services.
Responsibilities
Complete the order process, including offering pricing terms and finalising deals.
Support new and existing accounts by addressing customer queries and providing product knowledge.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics and delivery of products.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience required.
Experience in industrial, wholesale, or electrical distribution is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Location & Compensation
Remote (Edmonton or Calgary preferred).
Compensation ranges from CA $28.00 hourly to CA $70,000 yearly, depending on experience and market conditions.
