Focused on business development, you'll be responsible for managing your territory, penetrating new markets, and creating valuable connections. Key Responsibilities:
• Own your territory through strategic opportunity identification
• Hunt for new business via cold calls and door-to-door visits
• Present compelling business cases to agricultural clients
• Develop long-term trusted partnerships with clients
• Maintain an organized CRM and sales pipeline
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in agriculture or B2B
• Proven business development success and territory growth
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
• Valid driver’s license for travel within your territory
