As an Outside Sales Representative, your role involves direct consultations with homeowners to assess their foundation needs. You will leverage company-generated leads to build a successful book of business while maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-home inspections to assess homeowner needs
• Utilize pre-qualified leads for client development
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on foundation issues
• Provide accurate estimates and job proposals
• Track sales lead pipeline and maintain customer relationships
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
• Strong customer satisfaction focus
• Commission-based sales experience beneficial
• Background in construction or home improvement a plus
• Entrepreneurial attitude with drive for performance
