In this crucial role, you will process customer inquiries and sales orders while maintaining a high level of service. Key Responsibilities:
• Service customers through phone and counter sales
• Process orders, inquiries, and quotations
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Confirm stock availability and recommend alternatives
• Assist with picking, receiving, and shipping duties
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of electrical experience required
• Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written
• Good organizational capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AS400 familiarity
• Ability to impart product knowledge to customers
