Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage customer work orders
• Offer service quotes and get customer permissions
• Follow up for customer satisfaction surveys
• Recommend additional services to enhance customer experience
• Process billing accurately in our system
Requirements:
• Experience in automotive or tire service settings preferred
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Familiarity with tire types and vehicle services
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Committed to providing excellent customer service
