In this role, you will support financial growth by establishing business connections and addressing customer concerns. The Inside Sales Specialist ensures that sales activities are organized and aligned with company goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage detailed customer data will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct sales development calls with existing and potential customers
• Establish and maintain relationships to meet customer needs
• Respond to and manage customer issues and orders
• Promote products while gathering vital customer insights
• Track customer contact information and sales activities in SAP
Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least two years sales experience necessary
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical and multi-tasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP recommended
