Reporting directly to the Sales and Service Manager, the Golf Fitting Expert is dedicated to providing premium fitting services. In this role, you’ll focus on engaging customers and achieving sales targets while maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of all equipment. Foster long-term relationships to maximize client retention and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exemplary service during customer fittings
• Meet and exceed sales performance indicators
• Proactively build a loyal client base
• Maintain operational standards in the STUDIO area
• Educate customers on product features and benefits
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in golf fitting or sales
• Competent with Microsoft Office software
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Adaptable to a flexible work schedule
Excel in providing top-notch fitting services at PGA TOUR Superstore.
