Sales Support Representative at Flowserve

In this role, you will be the primary liaison between customers and Flowserve’s teams, including Engineering and Manufacturing. Your focus will be on maximizing sales bookings and opportunity pipelines, utilizing data for strategic decision support. Experience in sales or customer service within engineered manufacturing is essential to excel in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries

• Coordinate aftermarket quotes with relevant stakeholders

• Drive and support daily customer proposal efforts

• Monitor proposals throughout the bid cycle effectively

• Compile weekly sales reports and maintain training records

Requirements:

• Experience in engineered manufacturing sales or customer service

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comprehensive understanding of pump applications

• BS or BA degree preferred or 0-2 years relevant experience
