Position: Account Executive for Athletics
Elevate your career as an Athletics Account Executive in Edmonton for the University of Alberta. Focus on ticket sales and group packages for Golden Bears and Pandas Athletics.

This in-person role, located at North Campus, South Campus, and Silent Ice Centre, runs through the 2026-27 season and playoffs. You’ll primarily work evenings on Fridays and Saturdays, with some weekday office hours. Ideal candidates are customer service oriented and energetic, ready to contribute to our athletics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales of ticket packages for Golden Bears & Pandas

• Facilitate group sales and customer inquiries

• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals

• Provide outstanding customer service at events

• Assist in event setup and ticketing processes

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Team oriented with a proactive attitude

• Availability for evening and weekend shifts

• Strong communication skills

• Commitment to the 2026-27 season
