Position: Firearms Sales Outfitter at Bass Pro Shops

This role reports to the Retail Manager and focuses on safely managing firearms, following regulations, and providing legendary service to customers. You will engage with customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable products. Knowledge of firearms and hunting is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by evaluating their needs and making product recommendations

• Maintain knowledge of firearms and outdoor lifestyle trends

• Promote Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s programs and services

• Ensure high visual presentation standards throughout the sales floor

• Address and resolve customer issues using good judgment

Requirements:

• One year of sales or service experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Valid Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License

• Ability to provide superior customer service

• Experience in outdoor lifestyle or related field
