Real Estate - Appointment Setter ​/ Cold Caller

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Cold Caller & Appointment Setter to support a U.S.

-based residential real estate investment business. This role is responsible for generating qualified seller leads through outbound prospecting, identifying motivated homeowners, nurturing prospects, and booking appointments for the acquisitions team.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience calling U.S. residential real estate leads, understands the motivated seller process, is comfortable handling objections, and consistently delivers qualified appointments while maintaining accurate CRM records.

This is a performance-driven role best suited for candidates who thrive in outbound sales environments and are confident speaking with U.S. homeowners.

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to residential property owners using client-provided lead lists.

Engage homeowners in professional conversations to determine motivation, property condition, timeline, and selling intent.

Qualify seller leads based on established acquisition criteria.

Build rapport with homeowners and effectively overcome common objections.

Schedule qualified appointments for the acquisitions team.

Execute timely follow-up calls, voicemails, and nurture sequences to maximize lead conversion.

Maintain accurate and detailed notes, call dispositions, and lead statuses within the CRM.

Update lead pipelines and ensure all activities are documented in real time.

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, conversations, qualified leads, and appointments.

Represent the client's brand professionally during every homeowner interaction.

Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Real Estate Cold Caller, ISA (Inside Sales Agent), Appointment Setter, or Lead Manager supporting the U.S. residential real estate market.

Strong preference for candidates with 4-5+ years of proven experience.

Demonstrated success generating qualified seller appointments through outbound prospecting.

Experience working with real estate investors, wholesalers, house flippers, brokerages, or acquisition teams.

Proven ability to meet outbound calling and appointment-setting targets.

Strong cold calling, objection handling, and rapport-building skills.

Excellent English verbal communication with a neutral or easily understandable accent.

Strong active listening and probing skills.

Ability to identify motivated sellers and uncover pain points.

Comfortable discussing sensitive homeowner situations professionally.

Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Results-driven with a consistent track record of achieving KPIs.
