Position: Community-Focused Employer Liaison
Make a difference as an Employer Liaison with Prospect in Calgary, Alberta, where your focus will be connecting clients to meaningful employment opportunities. This role emphasizes collaboration with employer partners for sustainable career placements.

As part of Prospect’s employment support programs, you will directly engage with employers and Career Advisors, utilizing strategic outreach and relationship-building to secure job placements for clients.

Your role will enhance the agency's mission to create equitable access to career opportunities and support underrepresented groups in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Career Advisors to identify job targets

• Engage in employer outreach and relationship-building

• Evaluate potential jobsites for client compatibility

• Assist in organizing job fairs and community events

• Maintain detailed employer records in CRM for tracking

Requirements:

• Educational qualifications in relevant disciplines preferred

• Experience in recruitment, HR, and business development

• Strong networking and communication abilities

• Familiarity with local employment market dynamics

• Passion for working with diverse communities
