Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations and departmental goal achievement

• Mentor and develop Sales and Catering team members

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years in hotel sales with leadership skills

• Experience handling Corporate and Business Travel accounts

• Preferred post-secondary education in Business or Hospitality

• Deep understanding of hotel sales tactics and revenue growth

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and sales management tools
