Position: Inside Sales Role with Roofmart

Roofmart, Canada’s prominent distributor for Exterior Building Supply, is hiring for its Inside Sales team. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, conducting sales transactions and maintaining relationships. A minimum of one year’s experience in retail or sales is required, combined with excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for in-store and phone inquiries

• Process sales transactions and daily banking reconciliation

• Provide support and build rapport with long-term customers

• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Carry out additional duties as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in retail, accounting, or sales

• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities

• Exceptional customer service skills

• A drive to succeed in a progressive company

• Eligible to work in Canada
