In this full-time role, you'll provide vital support to customers and account managers daily. Collaborate with suppliers to prepare accurate quotations and track purchase orders. Your detail-oriented approach and strong relationship-building skills will contribute to our mission of community support and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for customer projects
• Follow up on quotes and manage purchase orders
• Communicate product solutions and delivery timelines
• Enter and maintain records in Salesforce CRM
• Resolve pricing and supply issues proactively
Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in the electrical industry
• 1+ years' experience in Inside Sales
• Proficient in ERP and CRM systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma with industrial sales training as a plus
