As a key player in GFL’s Business Development team, you will act as a key liaison among Sales, Operations, and Accounting. You will allocate business to Account Managers based on client specifications and ensure that all CRM entries are updated in OMS. Your expertise will help draft quotes, and you will provide essential administrative support to drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate seamless communication between departments

• Allocate business to Account Managers based on customer needs

• Maintain accurate records in the order management system

• Draft quotes as needed for the sales teams

• Support special projects directed by the Inside Sales Manager

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or sales, especially in environmental services

• Educational background in Business Administration or Marketing

• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools

• Excellent skills in organization and negotiation

• Self-motivated and dedicated to teamwork
