University of Alberta Athletics Sales Executive

Become an essential part of the University of Alberta as an Athletics Account Executive focused on ticket sales in Edmonton. Drive sales for Golden Bears and Pandas Athletics.

This in-person position is located at North Campus, South Campus, and at Silent Ice Centre, extending through the 2026-27 conference season and playoffs. Expect to work mainly Friday and Saturday evenings, with some additional weekday hours available. Perfect for individuals passionate about sports and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively sell ticket packages and manage group sales

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences at events

• Collaborate with fellow team members on sales initiatives

• Assist the Event Ticketing Lead in operations

• Provide service during ticketing processes

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales

• Team-oriented and enthusiastic

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Commitment to the full season through March 2027
