Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare customer orders efficiently

• Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email

• Verify availability of items and ensure timely fulfillment

• Assist with warehouse tasks when necessary

Requirements:

• Required technical sales or customer service experience

• Order picking and forklift experience preferred

• Knowledge of local HVAC and plumbing markets

• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office

• Excellent professional communication skills
