Join Ledcor as a Proposal Manager in Edmonton and lead strategic pursuits with precision. You'll develop EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs, while mentoring a collaborative team.
In this senior role, you'll manage the entire proposal lifecycle for high-profile projects in the construction industry. Expect to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with Ledcor’s standards and-client specific needs. Your expertise in content development, messaging, and compliance will drive winning submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead proposal lifecycle for EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs
• Collaborate with teams to align proposal content
• Conduct compliance reviews and optimize scoring
• Tailor content to meet client needs and criteria
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years in proposals or marketing
• 3+ years in complex proposal writing and coordination
• Experience in construction industry procurement processes
• Strong business development and AEC sector knowledge
• Advanced writing and Adobe Creative Suite skills
