Mosaic Sales Alcohol Sampling Ambassador

In this role, you will interact with customers directly, showcasing a variety of alcoholic products including spirits, wine, and beer. The position focuses on weekly shifts on Fridays and Saturdays, with the possibility of extra shifts throughout the year, giving you a chance to engage with various audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide alcohol samples to customers in an engaging manner

• Share product information and influence purchase decisions

• Independently set up and take down your sampling area

• Help meet and exceed sampling targets

• Use a mobile device for reporting activities

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred

• Must confidently engage with consumers

• Pro Serve Liquor Certification is essential

• Vehicle access necessary for travel

• Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts
