Position: Finning Aftermarket Support Position
Be part of Finning Canada’s Aftermarket team as a Support Specialist, promoting Caterpillar products and services while driving sales growth. This role integrates customer relations and business development.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks aimed at increasing undercarriage and Ground Engaging Tool (GET) sales in your territory. Your efforts will include measuring equipment in the field, partnering with sales representatives, and maintaining relationships within the industry. Effective communication is crucial to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure undercarriage and GET in client locations

• Work with team to generate sales opportunities

• Maintain customer relationships effectively

• Act as a liaison with internal product teams

• Provide essential product application assistance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in heavy equipment

• Technical knowledge or trade ticket is useful

• Proven marketing or sales background

• Strong communication for customer engagement

• Self-motivated and optimistic attitude
