Boundary Equipment seeks a Lead Sales Manager to enhance customer relationships and lead growth initiatives in the mining sector. Your experience will drive team excellence and sales results.
In this pivotal role, you will support the Vice President of Sales by enhancing the team’s performance while focusing on strategic accounts. Developing sales strategies and encouraging a culture of collaboration within your team will be key components of your success. You will also identify new market opportunities to expand our influence in the mining sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and develop a proven outside-sales team
• Execute and monitor year-over-year sales plans
• Manage sales performance towards established goals
• Enhance opportunity management and customer engagement
• Nurture long-term mining customer partnerships
Requirements:
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven results
• Strong history of leading and enhancing sales teams
• Knowledge of mining industry and customer evaluation criteria
• Expertise in sales forecasting and budget management
• Willingness to travel to various mining sites for engagements
