Drayden is looking to add like-minded individuals to its growing team. We are now searching for an Independent Business Unit Coordinator to join our team of insurance professionals in our Stony Plain
branch.

As an Independent Business Unit Coordinator, you are responsible for growing our organizations small business client base through focused customer service, account development and new business opportunities.

What You Will Do:

• Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology
• Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients
• Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients
• Generate client referrals through community involvement and events
• Follow up on client account to resolve outstanding matters
• Make timely renewal calls for existing client business
• Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationship with insurance providers
• Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education
• Extensive knowledge of insurance company products, programs and payment plans
• Providing advice to clients on insurance matters, products, and coverage’s
• Resolving client concerns
• Developing existing client accounts
• Meeting sales and service goals

What You Bring to the Team:

• Ability to deliver an outstanding client experience using expert knowledge and sales skills
• High school diploma
• Has obtained a General Level 1 or 2 insurance license
