Exciting opportunity at FLINT for a Junior Environmental Professional role in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Focus on environmental assessments, with an emphasis on fieldwork and project collaboration.
As a vital team member, you will contribute to various environmental programs, supporting activities ranging from reclamation to assessments. This position allows you to develop client relationships and collaborate effectively to achieve project objectives. Expect to spend significant time on-site conducting hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Site Assessments
• Conduct soil sampling and oversee field operations
• Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders
• Crosstrain for seasonal peaks in workload
• Execute practical environmental tasks and assessments
Requirements:
• Technical diploma or university degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in environmental consulting
• Class 5 driver’s license and light-duty truck operation
• Knowledge of environmental regulations in Alberta and Saskatchewan
• Effective English communication, both written and verbally
